One last up-date from Huanchaco, Perú
back to Our Walk of Faith
Well...time is short! We are staying the night tonight with the Hendersons in Trujillo. Tomorrow morning, we'll catch the bus at 8:30 to Lima. From there, we'll get a taxi to the airport. We fly out at 11 pm from Lima. We'll be in San Antonio at 9 am on Friday. Pastor Lance will be there to pick us up and take us back to Dilley. Please pray for a safe trip...we will be traveling for more than 24 hours! We also ask your prayers as we share the message that God has laid on our hearts for the churches and possibly a few other groups that we will be sharing with in Dilley.
Here's the flight information for our return to North Carolina...I realized after a couple of e-mails that I wasn't specific enough in the last post.

Between Huanchaco and Trujillo, Perú on day 573
back to Our Walk of Faith
Hey everyone!! We are still doing really well! God really moved last week while we were with Anibal, Haydeé, Cesar and Kela. Haydeé prayed to begin her walk with Jesus last Friday night and Kela prayed yesterday to do the same! We were soooo excited!! Thanks for your prayers! God has heard and answered them!! We'll be posting more details soon...Chris is working on pictures this morning.
We are staying at the Hendersons' apartment in Huanchaco and going back and forth to Trujillo and Esperanza ministering. We've also been able to rest a bit! Praise God!!
Another huge answered prayer...a man from our home town, Frank Lee, bought the tickets to bring us home to Smithfield!! We'll be flying in on Monday, May 12th around 5 pm!! Wahoo!!! It's been a long time since we stepped foot on Carolina soil!! Thanks so much, Lee Family! (and Annette for all of your behind the scenes work!)
We also just learned that Brett got the NCAE scholarship...we already knew he was going to State (Go Pack!), but to see God's hand of provision in Brett's life is really exciting too!!
Okay...I think that's about it for the brief up-dates! We'll be posting details and pictures in the next week! Then we'll be hugging your necks in 1 week in Texas and 2.5 weeks in NC!! We love you! God bless you and keep you!
